褒める言葉一つでも、結果や能力に焦点を当てるのではなく、選手の努力や姿勢、前進している過程を讃えることで、さらに練習を始め、目標に向かってチャレンジするようになるそうです。

For example: You're working hard on mastering the dribbling skill. You're getting better at goalkeeping techniques. I'm proud of you for practicing by yourself.

With this kind of praise, kids put more effort into things, work toward goals, and try. This accelerate their growth as a footballer and a human being.
