Who is the MVP?

It's always exciting to announce a player as our team's MVP at the end of the match day. This small certificate exhibits the behavior and value to perform 100% for the team.

Hope this becomes a good reason for the players to give their best shot on the field. Also, we are looking for those who can show leadership when things don't go as we wanted in the game.

最近始めたこと。毎回の試合でその日最も活躍した選手を選手が選ぶ。試合に勝っても負けても⚽️

勝ったらどれだけ勝利に貢献したのか。負けたら、負けている時も諦めずに仲間を鼓舞し続けながら全力で闘ったいたのか。まだまだ仲が良いからと選ぶことが多いけれど、サッカーの能力以外のリーダーシップや諦めない精神力、仲間を思いやる気持ちなどが評価に入ってくればさらに良いグループになるでしょう。

何よりこういう賞が万遍なく選手に行き渡ることで自信になるだろうし、貰いたいと言うモチベーションに繋がればそれも良し。切磋琢磨しながら頑張っていこう👍😎
