2024年全日程終了🙇‍♂️

 

本年も多くの方々の多大なお力添えをいただき、2024年を終えることが出来ました。大変感謝しております。

 

振り返ればあっという間でしたが、今年も色々とチャレンジしながらも反省を繰り返し、自ら奮い立たせてドイツの指導者講習にも挑戦させて頂きました。2025年も変わらず選手達のために何ができるかを考え、毎月、毎週の単位で変わる状況に適応しながら、より良いコーチングができるように学び続けていきます。

 

2025年もEFAをどうぞよろしくお願い致します。

As we wrap up 2024, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support from the EFA parents throughout the year. Their cooperation has been vital in making this a productive and meaningful time for the children.

Looking back, the year has flown by, filled with challenges and growth. Together with the coaches, we worked hard to overcome obstacles and create the best environment for the kids to thrive. Personally, I had the privilege of attending an UEFA B-license course in Germany—a milestone I couldn’t have achieved without their understanding and support.

 

In 2025, we’ll continue prioritizing the children’s growth, both as footballers and as individuals. Adapting to challenges and striving to improve, we aim to be positive role models and deliver the best coaching possible.
