週末はたくさんの交流戦🏟️

選手は勝ちたい、それに報いるために誰が出ても成功体験を積み上げさせてあげたい。相手も全力で来るので常に難しい勝負になりますが、総合力で得点を上げて喜び合えるように。初めての試合、年上との対戦、だけど貴重な経験と悔しさが成長の糧になるでしょう。

明確な課題が見えたからこそたくさんの収穫がありました。またEFAらしく全員サッカーで頑張ろう💪⚽️

We had lots of friendly matches over the weekend! 🏟️

Our players always want to win—and we want to give every one of them the chance to build success through real game experience. Every match is a tough challenge, especially against older or stronger opponents, but these experiences and even the frustration help the kids grow.

We saw some clear areas for improvement, which made this weekend full of valuable takeaways. Let’s keep pushing forward with our EFA-style all-team football!
